Hi Beautiful Friends,
These last several months have left thousands of Californians facing the aftermath of natural disaster. While most of us have returned to our daily lives, it unfortunately doesn’t mean that we’ve all healed from the underlying trauma. While often there are few resources addressing the lingering emotional difficulties, there are people that can help.
My good friend, Dr. Shiroko Sokitch, whose integrative medical practice was spared in the Santa Rosa fires, has created an online summit to support people still recovering from trauma. I am honored to be one of the people she interviewed for the project.
It is my commitment to ease pain and suffering and this is a great offering that can benefit many people.
It is an amazing gathering of information. Don’t miss it and please forward this to people you may know that would benefit from this information. Dr. Sokitch and the crew at HealthMeans have created The Disaster Recovery Charity Event — to help you learn to prepare for (and overcome) any lingering physical and emotional trauma after a natural disaster.
When you register today, you KEEP the expert talks associated with the event, to listen and learn from at your own pace, in recovery or preparation for a natural disaster.
The Disaster Recovery Charity Event is online and free February 12-19, 2018!
Those who register will have access to the three observer practice videos that will assist with trauma. These practices are great to do on a regular basis for general growth as well.
The Disaster Recovery Charity Event will help persons who have endured disasters, especially those we’ve recently experienced–fires, hurricanes, earthquakes and more–to help them heal and overcome, physically and emotionally, the impacts of living through a disaster.
In addition, they’ve selected a handful of global and local charities you can donate to in return for some of the most vital, needed health resources out there.
I hope to see you there and I would love it if you would share this with others. You never know who might need it!
P.S. When you register for this event, you’ll be able to keep this expert advice on hand to review at your convenience, helping you be prepared for or recover from a disaster. I encourage you to register to lock in these expert talks today!
