Listening with the entirety of your mind, body and soul can be one of the most powerful healing tools.

Sivan discusses the concept of learning the art of asking the questions that will help you get in touch with the deepest part of yourself.
Everyone has experienced the loneliness and frustration of not being in a relationship but wanting to be in one. Sometimes when we are single, we believe that we will never find a perfect lover/partner again. The prospect of finding our mate can feel so daunting – so, for all of you looking for your lover, this is for you!
Many people come to me because they want to change something big – about themselves or something in their life, or something in the people around them.
I have had people that wanted to figure out how to guarantee that their mate would never leave them, or that their children would always be happy and healthy, or that they would most assuredly get the promotion they want, or that they would suddenly get wealthy.
Your very own happiness, gives others around you permission to experience their happiness. This is a fundamental truth of healers.

Do you have memories of moments in your past that you feel ashamed of or embarrassed by? Perhaps you felt manipulated, or pressured, or bullied to do something you would not normally have done? Do any of these memories still cause you to cringe or feel bad?
In another post we talked about eye contact and about being empathetic. Today, I would like to discuss touch.
The touch I am speaking of is a touch on the shoulder – a pat on the back or a hug. You get it!
We all know that human touch can be very healing, nurturing and is vital for our emotional and physical health and well-being.
If you experience anxiety or depression, have you ever thought that you may be picking up on or also feeling other people’s pain? Have you ever thought you may be empathic? If you have, do you have ways that you release anxiety or depression that work for you?
Are there rules of engagement when it comes to eye contact? Can you ‘stare’ too long? Does not looking in the eyes of another at all, create mistrust? What about when you are listening to someone, talking, or just sitting and being with someone?
